Dow AgroSciences LLC was a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company, which was a part of DowDuPont. The company was headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, and specialized in agricultural chemicals, seeds, and biotechnology solutions. Dow AgroSciences was known for its innovations in crop protection, pest management, and plant biotechnology.

Dow AgroSciences was established in 1989 when The Dow Chemical Company acquired the agricultural division of Eli Lilly and Company. Over the years, Dow AgroSciences expanded its portfolio through various acquisitions and partnerships, including the acquisition of Mycogen Seeds in 1998 and a strategic alliance with Monsanto Company.

In 2017, Dow Chemical merged with DuPont to form DowDuPont, a major chemical conglomerate. As part of the merger, Dow AgroSciences became part of the newly formed Corteva Agriscience in 2019, which focused on agriculture.
