The East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is a charity providing helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS) in the region of East Anglia, England. The service was established in 2000 and operates two helicopters to provide rapid response to medical emergencies.

The East Anglian Air Ambulance was founded in 2000 to provide emergency medical services to the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Bedfordshire. Initially, the service operated with a single helicopter, but due to increasing demand, a second helicopter was added to the fleet.

The EAAA operates two helicopters, which are based at Cambridge Airport and Norwich Airport. The service is available 24/7 and is staffed by a team of highly trained paramedics, doctors, and pilots.
