East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is a National Health Service (NHS) trust that provides healthcare services to the communities of East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen, in the North West of England. The trust operates five hospitals and several community healthcare facilities across the region.

The East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust was established in 2003, following the merger of the Blackburn, Hyndburn and Ribble Valley Health Care NHS Trust and the Burnley Health Care NHS Trust. The trust's formation was part of a wider reorganisation of NHS services in the region, aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare provision.
