- East Syracuse is a village located in the eastern part of the town of DeWitt in Onondaga County, New York, United States. The village's population was 3,084 at the 2010 census. The village is located immediately east of Syracuse, in the town of DeWitt.

- East Syracuse was incorporated in 1886 as a village. It was originally a manufacturing center and a railroad suburb of Syracuse in the 19th century.
Geography[edit | edit source]
- East Syracuse is located at 43°3′54″N 76°4′34″W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.6 square miles, all of it land.

- St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center is a non-profit, 431-bed medical care facility in Syracuse, New York, providing services to patients in 16 counties in Central New York State.
- Crouse Hospital is a private, not-for-profit hospital in Syracuse, New York. The hospital was established in 1887 and is licensed for 506 acute-care adult beds and 57 bassinets.
- Upstate University Hospital is a medical facility located in Syracuse, New York and is part of the SUNY Upstate Medical University. It is the only academic medical center in Central New York.
