Elad I. Levy is an American neurosurgeon and academic known for his contributions to the field of endovascular neurosurgery and neurointerventional surgery. He is a professor and the chair of the Department of Neurosurgery at the University at Buffalo, part of the State University of New York (SUNY) system. Dr. Levy is recognized for his research and clinical expertise in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, including stroke and aneurysms.

Elad Levy was born in Tiberias, Israel, and later moved to the United States. He completed his undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then attended the George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences, where he obtained his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. Following medical school, Dr. Levy completed his residency in neurosurgery at the University of Buffalo, where he also pursued a fellowship in endovascular neurosurgery.
