Description[edit]
Epimedium plants are deciduous or evergreen perennials. They have four-petaled flowers that bloom in spring. The flowers are notable for their inner sepals which are larger than the petals. The leaves are compound and typically have three leaflets, but can have up to 15 leaflets in some species.
