Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is a National Health Service (NHS) trust that operates two general hospitals in South West London, England. The trust was established in 1999 and provides a range of medical services to the local communities of Sutton, Merton, and Surrey.

The trust was formed in 1999 through the merger of the Epsom Health Care NHS Trust and the St Helier NHS Trust. The Epsom Hospital and St Helier Hospital have a long history of providing healthcare services, with St Helier Hospital being established in 1938 and Epsom Hospital in 1890.
