Fairwood (restaurant)
Fairwood is a fast food restaurant chain based in Hong Kong. It was founded in 1972 and has since expanded to over 100 locations in Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. Fairwood is known for its diverse menu that combines Western cuisine with Hong Kong-style fast food.

Fairwood was established in 1972 by Dennis Lo. The first restaurant was opened in Tsuen Wan, a district in the New Territories of Hong Kong. The chain quickly gained popularity for its affordable prices and unique menu offerings, leading to rapid expansion throughout the region.
