Fish Soup Bee Hoon, also known as Fish Head Bee Hoon, is a popular Singaporean dish made primarily from fish and rice vermicelli, known locally as 'bee hoon'.

The main ingredients of Fish Soup Bee Hoon are fish, usually snakehead fish, and rice vermicelli. Other ingredients can include tomatoes, bittergourd, and lettuce. The soup is often flavored with milk, garlic, and Chinese rice wine.
