Fred Roy Harris (born November 13, 1930) is a former United States Senator from Oklahoma. A member of the Democratic Party, Harris was first appointed to the Senate following the death of Robert S. Kerr in 1963, and subsequently won a special election in 1964 to finish Kerr's term. He was re-elected in 1966 and served until his resignation in 1973.
