Gabriel Tiacoh was a renowned Ivorian sprinter born on September 30, 1963, in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. He specialized in the sprint events, particularly the 200 metres.
Tiacoh rose to prominence in the international athletics scene during the 1980s. He represented Ivory Coast in multiple prestigious competitions, including the Olympic Games and the World Championships. One of his most notable achievements was winning the silver medal in the men's 400 metres at the 1984 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, United States.
Throughout his career, Tiacoh was known for his exceptional speed, agility, and determination on the track. He captivated audiences with his electrifying performances and sportsmanship.
