Gail's is a popular bakery chain based in the United Kingdom. Founded in 2005, Gail's specializes in artisan breads, pastries, and other baked goods. The bakery chain is known for its commitment to traditional baking methods and high-quality ingredients.

Gail's was founded by three friends, Tom Molnar, Ranjeev Kapoor, and Emma King, who shared a passion for artisan bread. They named the bakery after Gail Mejia, a respected baker and founder of the Real Bread Campaign in the UK. The first Gail's bakery opened in Hampstead, North London, in 2005.

Gail's offers a wide range of baked goods, including various types of bread, pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. The bakery is particularly known for its sourdough bread, which is made using traditional methods and fermented for up to 48 hours. Gail's also offers a selection of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and fresh juices.

As of 2021, Gail's operates over 60 bakeries across the UK, primarily in London and the South East. The bakery chain continues to expand, with new locations opening regularly.

Gail's has received numerous awards and accolades for its products and commitment to traditional baking methods. In 2019, the bakery was named 'Bakery Business of the Year' at the Baking Industry Awards.
