The Geisel School of Medicine is the medical school of Dartmouth College, an Ivy League research university located in Hanover, New Hampshire, United States. The school was founded in 1797 and is the fourth-oldest medical school in the country. It was renamed in 2012 in honor of Audrey and Theodor Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss, for their generous contributions to the school and hospital.

The Geisel School of Medicine was established in 1797 by a charter from the Governor of New Hampshire, John Taylor Gilman. It was originally named the "Medical School of Dartmouth College" before being renamed in 2012 to honor the Geisels.

The Geisel School of Medicine offers a variety of degree programs, including Doctor of Medicine (MD), combined MD-PhD, Master of Public Health (MPH), and Master of Science (MS) degrees.
