Grand Duchess Alexandra Alexandrovna of Russia (24 June 1838 – 20 July 1900) was a member of the House of Romanov and the daughter of Alexander II of Russia and Marie of Hesse and by Rhine. She was born in Saint Petersburg, Russian Empire.

In 1864, Alexandra Alexandrovna married Louis IV, Grand Duke of Hesse, with whom she had three children: Victoria, Elizabeth, and Ernest Louis.

Alexandra Alexandrovna was known for her charitable work and involvement in various social causes. She was a patron of the arts and supported numerous philanthropic initiatives during her lifetime.

She passed away on 20 July 1900 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
