Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy (UMF Iași) is a public university located in Iași, Romania. It is one of the oldest and most prestigious medical schools in Romania, named after the renowned Romanian anatomist and physiologist Grigore T. Popa.

The university was established in 1879 as the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Iași. It became an independent institution in 1948, following the reorganization of higher education in Romania. The university was named after Grigore T. Popa in 1991 to honor his contributions to medical science.

UMF Iași comprises four main faculties:
- Faculty of Medicine
- Faculty of Dental Medicine
- Faculty of Pharmacy
- Faculty of Medical Bioengineering
