Henk Krol
Henk Krol (born 1 April 1950) is a Dutch journalist, publisher, and politician. He is best known for his work as the founder and editor-in-chief of the Gay Krant, a Dutch magazine aimed at the LGBT community, and for his involvement in Dutch politics, particularly as a member of the House of Representatives.

Henk Krol was born in Tilburg, Netherlands. He studied journalism at the University of Tilburg and began his career in the media industry shortly after graduation.

Krol's career in journalism began with various roles in Dutch media. He gained significant recognition as the founder of the Gay Krant in 1980. The magazine played a crucial role in advocating for the rights of the LGBT community in the Netherlands and provided a platform for discussion and support.

Henk Krol entered politics as a member of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD). He later became a prominent figure in the 50PLUS party, which focuses on the interests of the elderly population in the Netherlands. Krol served as a member of the House of Representatives from 2012 to 2021.
