Henry Metzger
Henry Metzger (born 1932) is an American immunologist known for his significant contributions to the field of immunology. He has made notable advancements in understanding the molecular mechanisms of the immune system, particularly in the areas of antibody structure and function.

Henry Metzger was born in 1932. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Columbia University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then attended Harvard Medical School, where he received his medical degree (M.D.).

After completing his medical degree, Metzger began his career in immunology. He joined the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where he worked in the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS).
