Hubert Kairuki Memorial University (HKMU) is a private university located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. It was established in 1997 by Professor Hubert Kairuki and his wife Kokushubila Kairuki as Mikocheni International University of Health Sciences. It was later renamed in honor of its founder after his death. HKMU is dedicated to providing high-quality education and training in health sciences, aiming to address the critical shortage of healthcare professionals in Tanzania and beyond.
