International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation (IPSF) is a global non-governmental organization representing pharmacy and pharmaceutical science students and recent graduates. Established in 1949, the federation aims to promote improved public health through the provision of information, education, networking, and a range of projects and professional activities. The IPSF is the leading international advocacy organization for pharmacy students, focusing on the areas of education, professional development, and public health.

The International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation was founded on August 25, 1949, in London, United Kingdom, by eight pharmacy student associations. The creation of IPSF was motivated by a desire to encourage cooperation and communication among pharmacy students around the globe. Since its inception, the federation has grown significantly and now includes member organizations from over 80 countries, representing more than 350,000 pharmacy and pharmaceutical science students and recent graduates.

The governance of IPSF includes a General Assembly, which is the highest decision-making body, and an Executive Committee, responsible for the federation's day-to-day operations. The Executive Committee consists of elected officers, including the President, Secretary General, and Treasurer, among others. Additionally, IPSF has several standing committees and working groups focused on specific areas such as public health, professional development, and pharmaceutical education.

IPSF membership is open to pharmacy student organizations, which become Full Members, and individual pharmacy or pharmaceutical science students and recent graduates, who can join as Individual Members. The federation also offers Associate Membership to organizations that do not meet the criteria for Full Membership but wish to support the objectives of IPSF.
