Jenny Craig
Jenny Craig is a weight loss and wellness company founded in 1983 by Jenny Craig and her husband, Sid Craig. The company operates in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Puerto Rico. The program combines individual weight management counseling with a menu of frozen meals and other foods, which are distributed through its centers or shipped directly to clients.

The company was founded by Jenny Craig and her husband Sid Craig in Melbourne, Australia in 1983 and began operations in the United States in 1985. The company expanded rapidly after entering the U.S., opening 46 locations by 1986. In 1991, the company went public and was acquired by Nestlé in 2006.

The Jenny Craig program is designed to provide structure and support to help members lose weight and learn how to keep it off. The program takes a holistic approach to weight loss and maintenance, focusing on food, body, and mind. The program's Food, Body, Mind principles promote balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, and a positive mindset.

The Jenny Craig diet was ranked the second-best weight loss diet by U.S. News & World Report in 2011 and among the best in the 2012 Best Diets rankings. The diet is also ranked highly for its heart health and diabetes diet categories.
