Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (JOEM) is a monthly peer-reviewed medical journal that covers research in occupational and environmental medicine. The journal was established in 1959 and is published by the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.

The Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine provides a forum for the rapid communication of practical information for clinicians and researchers in occupational and environmental health. It is the official publication of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM), and is aimed at physicians who specialize in occupational medicine as well as those professionals in related fields.

The journal publishes original articles that span the breadth of research in occupational and environmental medicine. This includes studies on the epidemiology of disease, the investigation of potential occupational and environmental hazards, the development of methods for disease prevention, and the management of patients with occupational and environmental disease.

The Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine is abstracted and indexed in PubMed, MEDLINE, Scopus, and the Science Citation Index. According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2019 impact factor of 1.806.
