Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine is a peer-reviewed medical journal that focuses on the study of sleep and sleep disorders. It is the official publication of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and is published by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

The Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine publishes original manuscripts in areas pertaining to the clinical practice of sleep medicine. This includes, but is not limited to, the following topics:
- Sleep disorders
- Sleep apnea
- Insomnia
- Narcolepsy
- Restless legs syndrome
- Circadian rhythm sleep disorders
- Parasomnias
- Sleep-related breathing disorders
- Sleep deprivation
- Sleep and aging
- Sleep and co-morbid conditions
The journal also publishes articles related to the effects of clinical sleep disorders on various aspects of health, including cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, and neurological disorders.

The Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine is published bi-monthly and is available in both print and online formats. The journal's editor-in-chief is Dr. Nancy Collop, who is affiliated with the Emory University School of Medicine.
