Judson Health Center was a community health center located in Lower Manhattan, New York City. It was founded in 1921 by physician Eleanor A. Campbell, inspired by the Rev. Alonzo Ray Petty of the Baptist Judson Memorial Church. The center initially operated in the church's basement, providing healthcare and dental services to Italian immigrants living on the west side of lower Manhattan.

Due to the high demand for its services, the health center quickly outgrew its space and relocated to Judson House on Thompson Street in 1922. By 1924, the center had become the largest of its kind in the United States, providing healthcare to 22,000 visitors and conducting 14,000 field visits. In 1950, the center moved to its final location at 34 Spring Street, serving residents in the area bordered by Broadway, Washington Square, and the Hudson River.

In 2019, Judson Health Center merged with the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation and became part of the NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health Judson. This merger aimed to enhance and expand healthcare services for the community in Lower Manhattan.
