Kanpur
Kanpur is a large city in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is one of the oldest industrial townships of North India and has an urban population that ranks among the largest in the country. Kanpur is known for its historical significance, having played a pivotal role during the First War of Indian Independence in 1857, also known as the Sepoy Mutiny.
