Kermanshah

Kermanshah (also known as Kirmanshahan) is a city in western Iran and the capital of Kermanshah Province. It is located approximately 525 kilometers from Tehran.

Kermanshah has a rich history dating back to prehistoric times, with numerous archaeological sites in the region. The city was a significant cultural and commercial center during the Sassanid Empire, and it has been a strategically important location throughout history due to its position on the ancient Silk Road.
