King's Fund

King's Fund is an independent charity working to improve health and care in England. Its vision is that the best possible health and care is available to all. The King's Fund was established by Royal Charter in 1897.

The King's Fund was established by Royal Charter in 1897 as the Prince of Wales Hospital Fund for London to support voluntary hospitals in the capital. The fund was renamed the King's Fund after King Edward VII's accession in 1901.
