- Lake Darby is a census-designated place (CDP) in Pleasant Township, Franklin County, Ohio, United States. The population was 4,592 at the 2010 census. Despite the name, the CDP does not include the lake itself, which lies just outside its western boundary.

- Lake Darby is located at 39°56′14″N 83°12′7″W (39.937222, -83.201944). According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.0 square miles (5.2 km2), all of it land.
