The Lakeland–Winter Haven Metropolitan Area, also known as the Lakeland Metropolitan Area, is a metropolitan area located in Central Florida, in the United States. It is part of the larger Tampa Bay Area and is situated within Polk County. The metropolitan area includes the cities of Lakeland and Winter Haven, among others.

The Lakeland–Winter Haven Metropolitan Area is characterized by its central location in Florida, with proximity to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. The area is known for its numerous lakes, including Lake Parker, Lake Hollingsworth, and Lake Mirror in Lakeland, as well as the Chain of Lakes in Winter Haven.
