Cheese, a dairy product derived from milk, is used in a variety of dishes across the globe. This article provides a comprehensive list of cheese dishes, which are meals or dishes that use cheese as a primary ingredient or as a significant component.
Appetizers[edit | edit source]
- Cheese Fondue: A Swiss dish of melted cheese served in a communal pot (caquelon) over a portable stove (réchaud), and eaten by dipping bread into the cheese using long-stemmed forks.
- Cheese Ball: A dish composed of one or more types of cheese, most often cream cheese, and sometimes other ingredients such as onion, spices, and mayonnaise.
