Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS) is a private university located in Whittier, California. SCUHS was originally founded as the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (LACC) in 1911. It was one of the first chiropractic colleges in the United States. In 2011, the institution changed its name to Southern California University of Health Sciences to better reflect its diverse academic offerings.
