Malford Milligan
Malford Milligan (born March 29, 1959) is an American soul, blues, and rock singer. He is known for his powerful voice and dynamic stage presence. Milligan has been a prominent figure in the Austin, Texas music scene and has collaborated with numerous artists and bands throughout his career.

Malford Milligan was born in Taylor, Texas. He was born with albinism, which significantly affected his vision. Despite these challenges, Milligan developed a passion for music at an early age. He attended Texas State University where he initially studied political science before deciding to pursue a career in music.

Milligan's music career began in the late 1980s when he joined the Austin-based band Storyville. The band included members of Stevie Ray Vaughan's backing band, Double Trouble, and was known for its blend of blues, rock, and soul. Storyville released several albums and gained a strong following in the United States and Europe.
After Storyville disbanded, Milligan continued to perform and record as a solo artist and with other bands. He has released several solo albums, including Sweet Cherry Soul and Rides Again. Milligan has also been a sought-after session vocalist, contributing to recordings by artists such as Eric Johnson, Chris Smither, and Sue Foley.
