Megan Elizabeth Clark (born 1958) is an Australian geologist and the inaugural head of the Australian Space Agency. She has had a distinguished career in both the public and private sectors, contributing significantly to the fields of geology, science policy, and space exploration.

Megan Clark was born in 1958 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. She attended Wesley College and later pursued higher education at the University of Western Australia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology. She furthered her studies at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, obtaining a Doctorate in Economic Geology.

Clark began her career as a geologist, working with Western Mining Corporation (WMC) in various roles. In 2009, Clark was appointed as the Chief Executive of the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), Australia's national science agency.
