Mojisola Adeyeye is a renowned pharmacologist and the current Director-General of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) in Nigeria. Mojisola Adeyeye was born in Nigeria. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She then pursued her Master's degree in Pharmaceutics from the University of Georgia, Athens, USA. She further obtained her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Adeyeye began her career as a pharmacist in Nigeria. She later moved to the United States, where she worked as a professor of Pharmaceutics, Manufacturing Science and Drug Product Evaluation at the College of Pharmacy, Roosevelt University in Schaumburg, Illinois.

In November 2017, she was appointed as the Director-General of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) in Nigeria. In this role, she has been instrumental in implementing stringent measures to ensure the safety and efficacy of drugs in the country.
