Nasal aperture

Conditions such as deviated septum or nasal polyps can obstruct the nasal aperture, while trauma to the nose can result in a nasal fracture.

Plastic surgery procedures such as rhinoplasty can alter the size and shape of the nasal aperture for cosmetic or functional reasons.
