Netrokona Medical College

Netrokona Medical College is a government medical college in Bangladesh, established in 2019. It is located in Netrokona, a district in the Dhaka Division of Bangladesh. The college is affiliated with the University of Dhaka and recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC).

Netrokona Medical College was established in 2019 as part of the government's plan to set up a medical college in every district of Bangladesh. The college started its academic activities with 50 students in the 2019-2020 academic year.

Campus[edit | edit source]

The campus of Netrokona Medical College is located in the district town of Netrokona. The campus includes academic buildings, a library, and a 250-bed hospital.

Academics[edit | edit source]

Netrokona Medical College offers a five-year Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree program. The academic curriculum is regulated by the University of Dhaka. The college is recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC), which allows its graduates to practice medicine in Bangladesh.
