Ossian, Indiana
- Ossian is a small town located in Wells County, Indiana, United States. It is part of the Fort Wayne, Indiana, metropolitan area and has a population of approximately 3,289 as of the 2010 census. The town was named after Ossian, the narrator of a cycle of epic poems by the Scottish poet James Macpherson.

- Ossian is located at 40°53′20″N 85°9′55″W. The town has a total area of 1.94 square miles, all land.
History[edit | edit source]
- Ossian was platted in 1850 when the railroad was extended to that point. The town was incorporated in 1878.
