Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) is a private, non-sectarian, coeducational institution of higher learning in the Philippines. It is known for its strong emphasis on health sciences and is one of the leading medical universities in the country. The university has multiple campuses, with its main campus located in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila.

Our Lady of Fatima University was founded in 1967 by Jose C. Olivares and his son-in-law, Dr. Vicente M. Santos Sr. It began as the Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, which was established to provide medical services to the community. The founders envisioned a medical school that would produce competent and compassionate healthcare professionals.

In 1973, the Fatima Medical Science Foundation, Inc. was established, and the College of Medicine was opened. Over the years, the university expanded its academic offerings and established additional campuses in Quezon City, Antipolo, Pampanga, and Nueva Ecija.
