- Parkesburg is a borough in Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 3,593 at the 2010 census. The borough was named after John G. Parke, who was a prominent businessman in the early 19th century.

- Parkesburg is located at 39°57′45″N 75°55′14″W (39.962383, -75.920554). According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 1.2 square miles (3.1 km2), all of it land.

- Parkesburg was first known as the Fountain Inn, a tavern built ca. 1734. The borough was officially incorporated in 1872.
