Paul Kraske (4 October 1851 – 8 September 1930) was a prominent German surgeon known for his pioneering work in the field of proctology and for developing the Kraske procedure, a surgical technique for the removal of rectal cancer.

Paul Kraske was born in Breslau, Prussia (now Wrocław, Poland). He pursued his medical studies at the University of Breslau, where he was influenced by the teachings of renowned professors in the field of surgery.
