Pavillon Ledoyen is one of the oldest and most prestigious restaurants in Paris, France. It is located in the 8th arrondissement, on the edge of the Champs-Élysées. The restaurant has been awarded three Michelin stars, making it one of the top dining destinations in the world.

Pavillon Ledoyen was established in 1792 by Pierre-Michel Ledoyen, a renowned French chef. The restaurant was originally located in the gardens of the Palais-Royal, but was moved to its current location in 1842. Over the years, the restaurant has been frequented by many famous figures, including Napoleon Bonaparte and Victor Hugo.
