Prunelli-di-Casacconi
Prunelli-di-Casacconi is a commune located in the Haute-Corse department of the French island of Corsica. The commune is part of the Bastia arrondissement and is situated within the natural region of Castagniccia.

Prunelli-di-Casacconi is located in the northeastern part of Corsica, approximately 20 kilometers south of Bastia. The commune is bordered by the Golo River to the west and the Corsican Mountains to the east. The terrain is characterized by a mix of coastal plains and mountainous regions, with the highest peak reaching over 1,000 meters above sea level.

The history of Prunelli-di-Casacconi dates back to the Roman times, with archaeological evidence suggesting the presence of a Roman villa in the area. The commune was officially established in the 19th century, following the division of the Casacconi region into two separate communes: Prunelli-di-Casacconi and Campile.
