Qazvin Province
Qazvin Province is one of the 31 provinces of Iran, located in the north-western part of the country. The province shares borders with Mazandaran, Gilan, Zanjan, and Tehran provinces. The capital of Qazvin province is the city of Qazvin.

Qazvin province has a rich historical and cultural heritage. The region was once the capital of the Persian Empire under Safavids for almost 57 years in the 16th century. Many historical and architectural wonders such as Chehel Sotoun palace and Jameh Mosque of Qazvin are located in this province.

Qazvin province covers an area of 15,567 square kilometers and is situated in a region with a diverse climate. The northern part of the province is part of the lush Alborz mountain range which is rich in vegetation, while the southern part is dominated by arid and semi-arid plains.

The economy of Qazvin province is diverse, with agriculture, industry, and services sectors all playing significant roles. The province is known for its agricultural products, especially grapes and raisins. Qazvin is also home to several industrial towns, such as Alborz Industrial Town and Qazvin Industrial Town.
