Rafael Espada (born January 14, 1944) is a Guatemalan politician and former cardiothoracic surgeon who served as the Vice President of Guatemala from 2008 to 2012. He was elected as part of the National Unity of Hope (UNE) party ticket, alongside President Álvaro Colom.
