Ruggero Verity
Ruggero Verity (20 May 1883 – 4 March 1959) was an Italian entomologist known for his extensive work on butterflies. He made significant contributions to the taxonomy and classification of butterflies, particularly within the family Nymphalidae.

Ruggero Verity was born in Florence, Italy. He developed an interest in natural history at a young age, particularly in Lepidoptera.
