Russell Thacher Trall was an American physician and advocate of natural living and alternative medicine during the 19th century. He was born on October 28, 1812, in Vernon, New York, and passed away on September 21, 1877, in Florence, Italy. Trall was a prominent figure in the field of natural hygiene and was known for his advocacy of vegetarianism, water therapy, and other natural remedies.
