Sam Frost (born 4 April 1989) is an Australian actress, television and radio personality. She gained prominence as a contestant on the reality television series The Bachelor Australia and later became the lead on The Bachelorette Australia. Frost has since transitioned into acting, most notably joining the cast of the long-running Australian soap opera Home and Away.

Early Life

Sam Frost was born in Ferntree Gully, Victoria, Australia. She grew up in a close-knit family and attended local schools in the area. Frost has spoken publicly about her challenging upbringing and the impact it had on her resilience and determination.

Reality Television

Frost first came to public attention in 2014 as a contestant on the second season of The Bachelor Australia. She won the season, receiving the final rose from Blake Garvey. However, their relationship ended shortly after the show concluded.

In 2015, Frost was announced as the first lead of The Bachelorette Australia. Her journey on the show was well-received, and she chose Sasha Mielczarek as her final partner. The couple dated for 18 months before parting ways.
