Sandra Konstance Nygård Borch (born 23 April 1988) is a Norwegian politician for the Centre Party. She has served as the Minister of Agriculture and Food since date and has been a Member of the Norwegian Parliament since date.
Early life and education[edit | edit source]
Sandra Borch was born in Lavangen, a municipality in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. She attended the University of Tromsø, where she earned a degree in law.
Political career[edit | edit source]
Borch began her political career in the Centre Youth, the youth wing of the Centre Party. She served as the leader of the Centre Youth from 2011 to 2013. During her tenure, she focused on issues such as rural development, agriculture, and environmental policy.
In year, she was elected to the Norwegian Parliament representing the constituency of Troms. As a parliamentarian, she has been involved in various committees, including the Standing Committee on Energy and the Environment and the Standing Committee on Business and Industry.
