Minnesota State Senator Scott Jensen




Scott Jensen is an American physician and politician who served as a member of the Minnesota Senate from 2017 to 2021. He represented the 47th district, which includes portions of Carver County in the southwestern part of the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area.

Jensen was born and raised in Minnesota. He attended Luther College (Iowa), where he earned his undergraduate degree. He later attended medical school and became a licensed physician.
