Sloatsburg, NY
- Sloatsburg, NY is a village in the town of Ramapo in Rockland County, New York, United States. Located in the southeastern part of the county, it is at the southern entrance to Harriman State Park. The population was 3,152 at the 2010 census.

- The village is named after the Sloat family, who were prominent in the area during the 18th century. The area was originally settled in the 18th century and was incorporated as a village in 1928.
Geography[edit | edit source]
- Sloatsburg is located at 41°9′59″N 74°11′26″W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 2.9 square miles, of which 2.8 square miles is land and 0.1 square miles is water.
