South East LHIN
South East Local Health Integration Network (South East LHIN) is one of the Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) in Ontario, Canada, established to plan, integrate, and fund local health services including hospitals, community care access centres (CCACs), community health centres (CHCs), long-term care homes, and mental health and addiction services. The South East LHIN is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery and management of health care services in its region.

The South East LHIN is part of a provincial strategy in Ontario to improve the organization and management of health care services at the local level.
